Appointed to DSN’s Board of Directors in 2017, Erwin runs America’s newest automotive brand as General Manager of Genesis and Executive Director of Genesis Motor America. With full P&L responsibility, Erwin oversees all Genesis’ operations, including marketing, brand strategy, television and digital advertising, as well as massive NFL sponsorships for both Hyundai and Genesis. He founded and now co-chairs Hyundai’s Diversity Council, where he advocates for greater diversity and multicultural marketing.
A 25-year veteran of the automotive industry, Erwin has held key leadership positions in vehicle development, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing at Toyota and Chrysler. Having served eight years in the US Army, he now serves on the US Army Advisory Council, and has been credited with creating a stronger relationship between Hyundai and veterans returning from combat.

With an unrivaled history of record-setting contracts, Leigh has secured billions of dollars for his clients, and raised more than $100 million for charity. He’s represented athletes and coaches in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, boxing, figure skating, etc., including the number one pick in the NFL draft an unprecedented eight (8) times.
Appointed to DSN’s Board of Directors in 2009, Sid is a true Hollywood trailblazer, having served as President of Paramount Pictures, Chairman of Columbia Pictures, and President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (i.e., the Academy Awards). Considered Hollywood’s preeminent marketer, Sid led the marketing and promotional efforts behind many of the world’s most famous film franchises, including Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Top Gun, Ghost, Forrest Gump, etc.

Chief Executive Officer of DSN since inception, Richard is a serial entrepreneur, having dropped out of high school to launch his first technology company in 1984. In the mid-90’s, he envisioned, architected, and monetized the world’s first narrowband securities trading system, enabling direct execution on NASDAQ with just a PC and a dial-up modem. Overnight, this revolutionized the way electronic stock exchanges operated, and brought “day trading” to the masses. His entrepreneurial successes have led to numerous appearances on national television, from CNBC to the X-Show.
In addition to his business exploits, Richard was a nationally-ranked athlete, and is a former US Marine (0311).
Chief Information Officer of DSN for more than a decade, Claud is a lifelong technologist, who started building computers as a kid in the early eighties. He quickly developed a passion for technology and has spent years honing his craft in the IT field. Claud diversified his skills after spending several years as a technical analyst in the financial sector, before eventually joining DSN as one of its earliest employees.
Chief Technology Officer of DSN for more than a decade, Narayanan Ramanathan has specialized in building massively scalable systems throughout his career, with a diverse portfolio of work including Oracle, Grey Advertising Global, India's National Stock Exchange, Dunn & Bradstreet, GEPL Capital, Venture Infotek, et al. Narayanan is one of DSN’s first employees, and splits his time between the US and abroad, personally overseeing DSN’s seven software development teams located throughout India, including Mumbai, Punnai, Bangalore, and Chennai.
